Ideal offset for 18 inch fd wheels?

I'm looking at a set of volk wheels that are 18x8.5 and 9.5 with a +42 offset according to the seller. I am wondering how the fit will be on an fd. I am running the m2/ad coilovers with 2.5" springs so clearance there should not be an issue. I am more concered how the offset will make the car look. If I recall correctly, the stock offset is +50. Anyone care to chime in?

Wheels

I also have 18" wheels with M2 coils and lowered on my FD 8.5 in the front with +42. In the rear I have 9.5 with +45 and the fitment is perfect. I hope that helps.

I run 18x8.5 all around, with a 40 offset.

Sorry, mine are actually 18x9 all around, so that is even better for you.

Don't know if this will help you much but mine are 17x9 with 41 offset and 17x10 with 44 offset. Yours will be just fine but I got mine for the biggest lip.
