Maybe they are trying to help -- by not telling the name. Everyone has their own opinion; my opinion is that those wheels are hideous.

The mirrors look like they might be SPA racing mirrors, available from http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/.

Damn, there are some SERIOUSLY judgemental people around here. If he likes that look, then HE LIKES that look. Respect him for that and either answer his question (the reason for this thread) or don't bother to post your negative replies.

People need to realize that not everyone likes the same thing. "I may like red and she may like blue". If everyone liked the same thing, this would be a boring F'ing world. And I would be like everyone else with some silly looking carbon hood with vents, a Feed wing or whatever else the FOLLOWERS think is "cool".

RZRX7TT: buddy, don't be fooled in to being a follower- be a LEADER- be the first to show off your FD in YOUR own style, with the wheels that YOU like. That's exactly why the exterior of my car is super clean, stock looking, except for the front air damn (that I have NEVER seen anyone else with) and my wheels that I imported from Japan (also, that NO ONE else has). So be yourself buddy. That's the great thing about PERSONALIZING your car; it's an extension of YOU.

I wasn't being judgemental... I just wonder why someone would want to almost totally destroy the cars performance. It's a race car. Not a Civic. I don't care what he does with his car, or puts on it... But why put 10K wheels on a 12k car? Like putting "dubs" or whatever the hell they call them on a 4WD truck. ****** mystery to me. Not saying they don't look decent... Just think they could be better applied somewhere else. But whatever.

jdhuegel1: Hey bud, I wasn't singling you out- I was referring to ALL who had negative comments. Yours was actually on the nicer side compared to some of the other guys. In any case, everyone should use a little common sense. If you look at the pic he attached, that FD had a MAJOR body kit on it and the wheels were like 22"x14" or something crazy like that. I doubt RZRX7TT has such a body kit so I doubt he is considering wheels of that size. I think it's common sense that he just wants that mfg and model of wheel but in a normal 18"x10" size that would fit inside a stock FD rear fender. That's the exact size I run on my car and I would hardly say it's a performance hinderance. For mainly street but occasional track use, 18" is fine IMO.

On the other hand, don't get me wrong, I too laugh at guys that have wheels on their car that are worth MORE than the car itself- so I hear what you are saying. I just notice that too many times around here if anyone does something even slightly out of the norm, everyone rat-packs the poor guy.

Take care,
Tom

I thought those wheels looked sweet as well. Actually, I thought that they had the potential to look sweet. I was imagining them in a more normal size without the chrome. The thick spokes and three piece design with the nice fat lip would look incredible on a 7, especially a T2!
