I want to get some SE 37K's 18x10.5 for the rear of my FD but I'm not sure how the fitment is. I believe they come in +15 and +44 offset but I'm not sure. Does anybody run that size rim on a FD without problems. I have Tein HT's coilovers so that shouldn't be an issue.

Coilovers have nothing to do with fitment at the rear. The +44 offset should work with rolled rear fenders. Depending on the actual width of the wheel (not the nominal width), you may have to REMOVE some of the rear fender lip. You may or may not also have to run aftermarket trailing arms, again, depending on the actual wheel width. Tire size would be 285/30.

SE 37K's

I have 17x9 all around. I couldn't get a straight answer two years ago when I bought them so I just bought 17X9 thinking that could get one set for road racing. I want to keep the 17X9 for the front, one daily driver and one for track. the SE37k's dont come in 10's. I don't want 9.5 so the other choice is 10.5 which I don't mind. I'd like a little more bite in the rear because I'm reaching close to 475whp. If all I have to do is roll the fenders them I'm fine with that. Shouldn't be to much of a problem. 285's sounds nice . Thanks for the advice.

44 is going to be tight, you will almost certainly have to roll your fenders = no big deal. I know ptrhahn is running +42 285/30s and I don't think he has much breathing room at all behind his stock lips but it sounds like he has maybe 1/2" tops from his trailing arms. Your tire will have a wider contact patch (assuming the same tire is used, ofcourse things very from one tire to another so you'll need to take that into consideration) and overall width because it is being stretched out onto a wider rim. The additional 2 offset should leave you clear of the trailing arms but definitely in stock fender territory. Take a couple pics when you are done ;o)
