For what purpose? Just lowering the car? Road racing? AutoX?

Budget?

If you got the cash check out Ohlins, Quantumn, Aragosta - overkill for a street car. If you are just looking to lower the car, your better off just getting struts and ground control springs.

TBH, good shocks and GC Coilovers are not any cheaper than a cheap brand of coilovers (say like Megan Racing). However, the problem with the cheap coilovers is the shock is crap. The shock is the main component of the setup. At least going with a good shock and the Ground Control coilover sleeves you know you have a good shock and can match the spring rate to suit what you need.

I would recommend going with Tociko HTS or Koni shocks and Ground Control coilover sleeves. For your application, springs would be 500F/400R.
