I need 25mm wheel spacers
Like said. Need them to fit 3rd gen rims on my FC. Anybody know where I can get them in Ontario, Canada. H&R are $120us. Damn thats expensive. Is there someone else that makes them cheaper? Thanks and PM me if you have an answer.
Cheaper is not always better. I can get those spacers for you. The key is to ask for a different application, like the new Proteges. They have a 67.1mm centerbore, just like the FD.
The H&R will give you hubcentric to the wheel, not the hubpad. Still better than not having anything hubcentric.
The H & R's will still be cheaper.
If you're doing the FD rims, I GUARANTEE you'll need more than just two spacers for it to look right.
You should run 15mm spacers front and rear to get the best offset, 35 out of those FD 50mm offset wheels. Done it a thousand times and I've seen guys run the 25's as well. Just doesn't look right and you'll limit your tire width options.
Contact me autornd@hotmail.com and I'll see what I can do for you. This set I charge $240.00 shipped in the US, Canada I don't know. I'll try and work something out.
IF YOU GET CHEAP SPACERS YOU'll NEED LONGER STUDS. The time and cost involved with that mod is greater than buying the studded spacers.
See ya. I only own FC's BTW, so I and Ted know what's up. I'm more of a wheel and suspension guy though. TED's definitely a technical/diagnostic guru.
