I can get Volk rims off a GS400 for cheap. Will these fit an S4 FC?

I can get Volk rims off a GS400 for cheap. Will these fit an S4 FC?
I have coilovers and stock ride height but have not rolled the fenders.
All four wheels are 18x9 with 32 offset
front tires are 265/30/18
rear tires are 275/35/18
5x113.4 bolt pattern
I really like these rims but I don't know if they'll fit at all.
