Thumbs up how would new (cheap) struts perform with performance springs?

I'm talking like "premium" Monroe, or Gabriel struts with B&G progressive rate performance springs (1.5" drop).

Would it be a pretty much terrible driving experience?

Would it cause the new (ghetto) struts to wear out prematurely?

I don't have much suspension experience. My car is currently running on unknown Tokico's in the rear (pass. side is now blown) and KYB's in the front.

I have no idea what they are; they're non-adjustable, but they're alot better than my friends TII with stock suspension.

Pretty much, I already have the B&G's, but I'm trying to save as much money as possible (in general).

If it's decided that this is a terrible idea (very well could be, lol) I'm just going to go with the Tokico HP's, which are a really good price on EBAY for all 4.
