225-235 is normal
245 is doable
255 has been done but rarely

mind the fender clearance

you will hit the fender with that offset. 16x8+18 with a 225/50r16 ALMOST contacts a rolled stock fender (lightly rolled)
A +0 offset will contact with even a 225 wide tire. I have nearly 3 degrees of camber in the front as well. I had to cut the inner lip of the rear fender so that it wouldn't cut into the outer face of the tire as well. It would rub off some of the lettering on the tire.
BTW These are FD Wheels (16X8 +50 w/ a 32 mm spacer = +18)

Hope this helps

Take note to what I said about the rear. The wheels I have are flush with all fenders.Had to cut the inner lip of the rears to not rub the lettering when auto-x ing and going over bumps.
