how wide can i go?
ok so im looking at getting some wheels on my FD..
and the place im ordering from is telling me the 18x9.5's in the rear will not fit?
just would like to know if i can run this size in the rear..
oh and my suspension is bone stock....so its not lowerd or anything..

i am running 275/35/18 and my car is low, i just bought new tires 285/35/18 for my baby but i will have to roll my fenders but the little tires you will be putting on should be no problem

stock springs are 4" diameter. You need coilovers with 2.5" springs to fit a larger rim/tire combo.
You can fit an 18x10.5 up front max with stock fenders and rolled lips (285/30/18 tire) and an 18x11 out back (305/18 tire) with perfect offset. That size is complete overkill on the street. ie custom rims ($2200+) Most people run 18x10 +50mm all around with 285/30/18's for track use on the FD (ie autox or road racing).
