How important is Loctite when working on the suspension?

Hi everyone,

I had a pretty easy question. How important is using Loctite on suspension bolts and nuts? I recently installed a set of Tein Flex coilovers and RE Toe Links + Trailing arms, and I didn't use any Loctite.

So, how important is it really? I made sure to torque everything to spec (I checked every bolt like 4 times just to be sure), but are my wheels going to fall off or something if I didn't use Loctite? Or is it just considered sort of an extra safeguard/precaution?

Should I go jack my car up right now and go Loctite everything, or am I safe to drive?

Thanks!

You're safe. No LocTite needed.

If anything you'll want anti-seize to keep the bolts and nuts from rusting to each other to the point where you can no longer remove them.

No lockTite? No problem!
