I've run them all and while the RB springs for the FC are great, I did like the RSR springs better. I highly suggest RSR Race Springs and Tokico Illuminas. Either way you can't go wrong.

Is that set-up streetable? I'm not autocrossing the car, it's just my "fun little toy". I figure the current set-up is tired, so while I am handling the rest of the car, I will go with new bushings, springs, shocks/struts, and wheels/tires.

It is very streetable. Both the RSR and Racing Beat are linear spring rates. I simply liked the lowering amount on the RSR a little better. It put my CG in a better place. This one is primarily driven on the street, but would like it to perform adequately when i want to push it. Let me know if you want RSR Tokico and i'll package it up for you.

If you're in Monterey you should take a one hour trip north and come see us. We can assist you locally with a complete setup if you'd like. I'd be happy to take you for a ride in my GTUs once I smog it. lolz.

Rishie - not to hijack, but are there any springs that give a decent drop (around 1.5" f/r or more) that have decent spring rates. I know Intrax is like 1.75" but I hear they're crap. I'd like springs that actually lower my car, since my stock springs are sagging at least an inch...I don't want to get "lowering" springs that raise my car up!

I know, I know - I need coilovers...but I'm poor.

If I'm going with an S5 vert, and wanted to use that suspension, what size rims can I go with? I'm doing an LS1/T56 swap, and have been considering some oversized fenders or pulling the fenders... I want to go with 18's and at least 9.5 in the rear with a minimum of 8 in the front.... What do you think I can run?
