how to adjust ride height on Konis?

How does one adjust the spring perches/ride height on the Koni struts/shocks? Do I need to pull the strut assembly completely off the car or can I adjust while its on the car? Does the spring need to come off?

I'm finally getting my FD back from a motor rebuild this week. I bought it with a dead engine so I haven't really driven it yet. It is a 93 Touring with Koni adjustables, stock springs/sways. I need to do the upper strut mount on one side and I was thinking of adjusting ride height while I'm there. I don't want to go super low, but I figured the middle setting might be good.

I'm running stock wheels with 245 Kumhos. Don't remember if it is a 40 or 45 sidewall.

Thanks for the help.

One more thing - It appears to be on the high setting right now as there is lotsa space between the fender and tires.

You have to take them off the car, and remove the springs and the chrome koni spring perch (use a spring compressor for safety!), then use some needle-nose pliers to remove the C-clip, snap it in a different groove, reassemble.
