HELP w/ Brakes !?!
Have a s5 N/A FC, stock brake components.
Yesterday I noticed that after I put my hand brake down and start moving off, my hand brake light on the idiot console will remain on. It takes abt 5-10mins of driving before it goes off my itself. Today driving to work, the same thing. It comes on and goes off after awhile.
Have anyone had this same problem and know whats the fix? Pls give me comments on what could be wrong.
Thanks!

Start by checking the brake fluid reservoir to see if it's full. The light also comes on when it's low. I'm not really sure on what activates the light with the brake on, it could be that the switch is sticking on due to the cold, then warms up and releases. Try to find the switch and clean it up.
My mom's old Subaru did this too, whenever it was cold the light stayed on. We decided after a while that it was "normal" and we ignored it.

The brake fluid level seems fine. The brake light switch might be inside the hand brake console, but at work now so can't check. Thanks 91n/a for your input.
If anyone had this same problem b4 with their FCs, pls do let me know. Thanks
