Help. Trouble with installing arp wheel studs in the rear

I got longer wheel studs to istall on teh rear. they are Arp. I took teh wheel off, took the brake and brake disk off. Unscrewed the nut that is holding the rear axle and I still cant pull out the plate where the studs stay. I cant tow the car because the stock studs are knocked out. has anyone done this and I would need some help on how to do it. thanks.

It is all pressed in. I would go up to step 8 and then bring it to a machine shop to have the press out the hub and press in the new studs. If you have not realized yet, you will have to replace the wheel bearings.

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support rear of vehicle.
3. Remove tire and wheel assembly.
4. Uncrimp locknut.
5. Depress brake pedal to hold hub, then remove hub nut, Fig. 2 .

6. Remove brake caliper assembly and suspend caliper with wire.
7. Remove setscrews (if equipped,) then disc plate.
8. Remove knuckle assembly.
9. Loosen dust cover.
10. Position hub assembly into a suitable press, and remove hub.
11. Using a suitable press and tool Nos. 49F026102 and 490636145, or equivalents, remove wheel bearing inner race.
12. Using snap ring pliers, remove axle flange snap ring.
13. Using a suitable press and tool No. 49F027007, or equivalent, remove wheel bearing outer race.
14. On models with anti-lock brake system, remove sensor rotor and speed sensor.

1. Using a suitable press and tool Nos. 49F026102 and 490259748, or equivalents, press new wheel bearing into bearing housing.
2. Install snap ring and dust cover.
3. Using a suitable press and tool No. 49F026102, or equivalent, press in wheel hub.
4. Mount wheel hub and knuckle onto driveshaft, then place knuckle onto rear axle casing.
5. Torque bolts A to 46 - 69 ft.lb., bolts B to 82 - 111 ft.lb.
6. On models with anti-lock brake system, install speed sensor and adjust clearance between speed sensor and sensor rotor. Clearance should be 0.016 - 0.039 inch.
7. Install disc plate and caliper assembly. Tighten caliper attaching bolts to specification.
8. Depress brake pedal to secure disc plate, then tighten locknut to specification.
9. Using a dial indicator, measure wheel bearing play. Wheel bearing play should be 0.004 inch or less. If play exceeds specified amount, replace wheel bearing.
10. Stake driveshaft locknut onto driveshaft groove.
