Help pick tire width

I did a search on the forum and asked a couple FD owners I know but I still need help.

Car Info:
This will be 90% street car and 10% track/auto-x when I have the time.
I purchased the 993 big brake kit that will go on this winter.
~600whp with a single turbo.
HKS Hipermax Performer coilovers
Stock fenders (rolled)

Wheels I'm looking to buy offer:
18x10 +25
18x8.5 +30

I want...
... 18x10 all the way around if possible. I know 10's can fit but I was worried about the offset on the front.
... some very wide tires in the back but I don't want it to stick out a lot and look ridiculous.
... a (semi) flush look without rubbing on every little bump (Boston area roads suck).

I think I covered everything.

2XX/35/18 ..... what do you guys think?

This is the best I can do man. The link is to my album, you can see the stance from my car from the various pictures. Here are my specs.

Front - 9" wide 47mm offset 265/35/18's
Rear- 10" wide 43mm offset 285/30/18's

What are your goals? Do you want to fit the widest tires possible or do you want a "Hella Flush" fitment?

If you want the widest tires possible you should choose different offsets. The ones you have listed are WAY to low for trying to fit the widest tires. I would consult this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/suspension-wheels-tires-brakes-20/maximum-wheel-tire-width-fitment-guide-fd-892901/

If you want a "Hella Flush" fitment you could stretch tires on those wheels (running narrow tires on the wheels) and roll your fenders and you MIGHT be able to get away with those wheels.

+25 offset is going to be a problem, at least with performance-oriented tire sizes... same goes for 8.5" +30 for that matter.

You're going to need stuff in the mid-high 40's to 50 based on the fit/performance parameters you're describing.
