My co-worker gave me a pair of koni struts. Upon pushing them all the way down and see how they rebound, one of them takes 15 seconds to fully rebound while the other one takes 1 min. Is it shot to hell and can it be REBuilt? btw it takes just as much force to push either one down and they're not leaking.
