racing beat or eibach prokit

H&R are nice but too stiff for street driving. Racing beat will make them nice and stiff and lower the car accordingly and you will still have a nice ride. Or get the eibach prokit springs, they give anice smooth ride with nice stiffness and it wont lower the car as much as racing beat springs.

racing beat = .75" lower in front and 1.25" lower in back

eibach prokit = 1.00" in front and 1.00" in back

But if you don't care about how stiff the ride is or whatever and you want springs get the H&R's. But you might as well get a nice set of coilovers and tune them accordingly so you can get the ride hight you want and the ride quality you want along with performance you want.
