ok i would appreciate any help, advice, suggestions, or leads anyone might have on this situation.

I recently purchased a '90 rx7 with some advice from a friend. It's lowered. But as a recently found out from a flat tire from hell...the springs are cut and badly at that. this is totally unacceptable and completely stupid.

this is where it get's worse..i am completely broke otherwise i would buy something based on the suggestions i read in the archive.

I am looking for something moderatly priced possibly in a set of 2 for the front ( the rear are adjustable and are ok). i have tried several sights online but figured i could get some advice from all of you wonderful rotary heads...

what type do i absolutely need to stay away from, what do you recommend?

Well i not too familia with the feel or performance or any shocks out there. But i know that some after shock companys out there are coming out with spring and shock combo, and that is suppost to be better tune than buying spring and shocks from different companys. I guess you can call who ever makes your rear shocks to see if they make any combo kits.
