Hello, and some questions

How's it going, my name is Rip. I'm new. And got a few questions. I was hoping some one can tell me the various size of center bores diameter on the stock RX 7 hub.

The wheels I want to use need a 72.62 bore. So just need to figure out the inner dia. for a RX7. To pick up some rings. I think it was a 89-92? It's the one with the 4 pot brakes. I don't know if you guys need any more info to help me. Let me know.

Sorry for the vageness what I'm doing is sort of custom, truth is the dia. can be any size but figured it would be good to find a common dimension that way later on if I change wheels it won't be a problem.

thanks
rip

I'm not sure of exactly what you want. I believe that the hole in the wheel for the center cap is about 2 1/2" on the stock wheel for the 93-95 model.

Sorry if that probably isn't what you wanted

What I'm talking about is the front wheel hubs. They have a little boss that sticks out for a wheel center ring. A ring that helps center hub centric wheels.

Now when you buy aftermarket wheels, the out side dia of the wheel center rings changes so you find new rings to match. Let's say you go buy a set of Ray's eng wheels the center bore on those are let's say 72.62. And the stock mazda hub dia is X.

With that info you go find rings that match the wheel hubs dia and the new outer dia. So you would order rings that are 72.62 outer dia by X inner dia.

I need to know what the inner dia is on the ring. AKA the outer dia on the wheel hub.

But thanks for the help, I hope the clarifcation is useful.
Thanks
Rip
