Heat Cycled tires

Is it worth paying an extra 15 bucks per tire (Tirerack) to get them heat cycled when you buy them?

No...their heat cycling machine's rollers really don't get the tires up to operating temp. FWIW, it's better than nothing...

I mean will the tires last longer (stay nice and sticky longer)... if they are heat cycled? I got 5-7 track days out of heat-cycled hoosiers... at which point they really lost their stick so I tossed them - the tires weren't corded yet. I'm wondering how much less life i'd get out of them if I didn't heat-cycle and save the $60.
