hawk HP+ pads

i got a silly Q about the hawk HP+ pads. Do you have to use that blue anti-squeal goo on the back of them, or do that have a built in anti squeal pad on the back? i say this because i never have any luck with the blue goo. it works good at first, but then the back of the pads rust or i burn it off. I had some Performance Friction Z rated pads a while ago on a different car that had these, they worked great and had no squealage.

some of the other 7's at the track had the HP+'s and they said it worked great and they didnt have squeals.

the shim is integral with the pads for the purpse of reducing the chances of squeeling.

I just coat the back of my pads with antiseize

yep, but my anti squeal backing plates didn't quite work for this particular set of pads (they worked for the last hp+ pads i had), so i put the anti squeal goo on it... it was great for a while, then it burned off or something... and now it's squealing like a mother again.
