AL HALP!!!!!!PIA brake problems

ok,im finally getting going on my 88gxl,its been sitting for at least 12 yrs and im going to rebuild all the brake sys componenents(a no brainer for something been just sitting there that long) im starting on the rears and of course everthing is seized up and corroded, already used a can of wd40 on all fasteners, prob rt now is i cant get the 2 large phillips screws off on either side to remove rotors, yes i even used a manual impact driver,im thinking im going to have to drill all 4 out unless someone has better idea,i may try heating with a small propane torch, one brake line came loose, the other side i used a brake line wrench but its stubborn and i sure as hell dont want to round off the fitting that attaches to the hard line, any help would be appreciated!!

Just drill them out. Its a common thing to have to do and with a good bit will only take a few seconds.
