H&R's stiffer than Eibach?

I'm trying to decide between a set of eibach or H&R springs. They'll be going on a set of tokico illumina's if that helps.

Merlin,
I don't have experience with them on the RX-7, but on the Miata I was racing, the Eibach was much softer than the H&R racing springs. I know there are different levels of the H&R, which one(s) are you looking at? Also, what are your plans with the car? On the Miata, daily ride was much better with the Eibachs, ride height was better as far as not dragging, autocrosses were good, and carving the mountain roads was fun. On track, the Eibachs couldn't hold up to a long sweeper at speed, ended up rubbing the inside of the fender the car laid over so much. I loved the H&R because they are progressive, nice ride & firm when it needs to be. Good luck with picking.

What kind of springs are you talking about specifically? The most popular H&R and Eibach springs are not very stiff at all - for stiffness, Tanabe and the RS*R Race Springs are your best bet, with the RS*R Race Springs being the stiffest springs you can buy for the price.
