H&R or Eibach with KYB-AGX on FC

Was going to go with Eibach progressives an KYB AGX's on my NA FC, but recently got an opinion that the H&R progressives are better. Anyone got experience with these setups?

Think I've got the Eibach spring rates, but can't seem to get the H&R data from their website. Any info??

Car is summer daily driver with half dozen trips to the track.

no H&Rs for the FC. Only for the FD.

So... the guys on the Cdn site tell me that progressive springs are the worst of both worlds, and one says that coilovers are the only way to go.

What does the rest of the world say??

I hated the Eibach Pro-Kit (progressive) springs I had on my '87 Turbo II.  I'd go linear rate anyday over the progressives.  If you can make the progressives work, then go for it - it's the stock DTSS...if you can work with it, it works amazingly well.  Trying to get used to it is a bit unnerving in the beginning.

I'm running GC's right now.

Why did you hate the Eibachs?

Also wondering what dampners you used with it.

The transition from soft to firm was a bit unnerving.
My driving style did not like the weird transition.
I was using Tokico Illuminas with them - I still got those shocks.
