Is ground control sleeve and shocks plug and play?

Is ground control sleeve and shocks plug and play?
I plan on buying the ground control coilover sleeves and for the shocks either agx or konis. I was wondering when i put them together is there any welding involved? Or do i simply just put them together plug and play?
