I am considering going a differant route and thinking of the ground control or M2 coilover kit. Anyone using these? What spring rate? I drive my car very little and do not mind a harsh ride. Also will be doing autoX's and some road track days.. I am using koni yellows with Eibach pro kit. Set on the highest perches and still getting bad fender liner rub on cornerings. I will also be adding a front swaybar to help out.

If you're talking with Ground Control, ask to speak with the Advance Design guys. I've got a set of their double adjustable coilvers for the FD, and really like them. I bought them through M2, but M2 doesn't carry them anymore. What's nice is that they're made well, have threaded bodies to carry 2.5" or 2.25" springs, and have the rebound and compression adjusters at the top of the shock rod, so that they're easy to get at when the shocks and tires are mounted (makes it easy to change settings if you want to try something different). Also, they are completely rebuildable, with all parts available from Advance Design. I've had to call them from time to time for parts or questions, and they're always helpful and ship quickly if I need something.

I have the GC kit on Konis. Springs are 500f/350r which leads to a little more understeer than stock. Ride quality is a bit firmer than stock, but I find it very streetable. Everything fit well, though I needed to get new bumpstops too.

However, this coilover kit is around $600 because it includes upper mounts. With the many recent positive reviews of coil-over kits between $1000-2500, you may want to consider selling your current setup and getting new everything. Unfortunately, not too many people (including me) have experience with more than one quality setup, so it's kind of a crapshoot.
