well... i was at a tire shop looking for tires for my Durango, and i came across 16" RDH or sumntin rims with Goodyear T/A's on them for $750cdn, the sticker on em said they were froma mustang so I assumed they would fit an RX7 because a week ago i got Mustang GT rims with tires for 700, but these were aftermarket so they caught my eye. I broght my RX-7 by the place to test fit a couple days later and the bolt measurements were different and they guy said a Mustang was in too and it didnt fit, so i was like damn, but then the guy said, i got some rims in the back too if you want to see them, they should fit. So i go in the back of the shop and he takes out brand new bubble wrapped rims, and i'm thinking these are gonna be like 600 a piece, and they were only 15". He says he just ordered them for is z24 but he didnt like the finish so he got all chrome ones instead and the Puralator was coming by today to take these ones back, he said he would take 600 for all them which is was factory direct price from the manufacturer, so i said if you can do 750 with tires i'll take em, so he got Michelin Xone tires with like brand new tread on them, and mounted them on the car and i drove away with em for 740 bucks! and he threw in chrome lug nuts and valve caps for free.. and the idiot didnt know how to set the price in the inventory so he gave them to me for 740 instaed of 750, so now i have 17' mustang gt rims with good year tires with about 2 seasons left of tread and brand new 15' rims with like 100,000 k left on the tires.
