Good Springs and struts combo?

I don't want coilovers, so what are some good springs and struts? I want a semi stiff/comfortable ride with minimal "bounce". Are the RB springs any good? What about the Tokico Illumina struts? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cool H&R is the name of the spring company, it's a German company similar to Eibach
