a good place to buy these wheels
a good place to buy these wheels
yea. i cant seem to find a place with much info on the offset and sizes combos for the 5zigen Black Racing Pro-N1 rims, has anyone owned these or sells them i dont want to buy them online and get the order screwed up, and yes i have searched here in miami also and ppl are jerks (selling over price)
Well then they'd be wrong. They do look similiar to the 5Zigen Pro Racer GN+, maybe that's where the confusion came in.
As for what size to get there's a few possibilities. The 16x7 35mm offset, the 17x7.5 35mm offset (tight on the inside), the 17x8 31mm offset, the 17x9 18mm offset (tight on the inside, will require wider front fenders, rolling of the rear fenders).
I'd go with the 17x8 31mm offset, that's a very good size.

Yes the wheel will be tigher, but assuming equal tires that stick out beyond the wheel lip (225-235) the 17x7.5 will be tighter on the inside because the tire will stick out further beyond the wheel lip. The whole tire and wheel combo will be further out on the 17x8. The 17x7.5 will probably be ok with 225/45/17's, but it'll be reasonably tight. Fittment is mostly determined by offset, as long as the wheels aren't too wide.

This is a local place for me, they have some badass prices when it comes to rims and tires.

Here are my Pro Racer GN wheels...
17x9.5" +45 offset
275's still fit under the fenders. I'm looking at 315's in the rear for competition, but I might have to deal with the TAs.
You can get them in +12, +22, +38, +45 (this being the hardest to find)
Ordered mine through Discount Tire for approx. $300/ea. They cut me a deal since I had so much trouble getting 17x9 FN01R-C in a +43.
-Edit-
I think the wheels might be +43 not +45, I'll double check.
Oh, and I'm running 2.5" springs for inside clearance

And no, the fenders aren't rolled. I am just running a 700# spring in the front. The wheels barely clear the screws on the sides of the wheel well by 1-2mm.
