i plan on buying the ground control coilover kit for my GTU. currently i have tokico struts on my car. there not adjustable so will that be a problem? also what is a good spring rate as i dont want a real siff suspension as there wont be alot of track days, just a nice smooth responsive spring rate?

 

Your best bet is to call Ground Control about springrates, tell them what you are gonna do with the car, and also at the same time ask about the GC's fitting on your struts.
