Front strut Mounting Block: S4 TII

The car is used mostly for autocross and was recently aligned to factory specifications. I'm trying to rotate my Strut Mounting block for more negative camber and/or caster. However, I'm having a bit of difficulty after only removing the 4 top bolts.
It won't budge and my next step is to compress the coil springs just enough to begin the process.

I was looking for any advice or tips before continuing any further.

Thanks

I read in other posts that they were able to extract 1/2 a degree of negative camber... is this true?

Jack the car up in the front by the front cross member. When the top hats fall out, rotate them to where you want them and lower the car back down and replace the nuts. It may be good to have a friend help.
