Frobt axle nut size for disc removal

Update: the nut was loose because they arent supposed to be tight. Im swapping the rotors do i have to press in the races in for both inner and outter wheel bearings? Also this spindle looks like it was red hot at one point. Is that a bearing issue? Or related to my caliper being seized?
