I was wondering where the cheapest place i can get Tein Flex's at for a 1990 FC TII.

 

try RX7store.net. i just bought a set of JIC FLTA2's from them and they were the cheapest that i could find. Also give ebay a shot, although not very trustworth IMO, if your on a tight budget, you might want to give it a try, i see teins flex's all the time on ebay for about 1200 + or - some. Rxecret7 also has some good deals, hope this helps -alex
