flat spot on tires

Hey guys. I have a set of tires that have flat spots on them. I was wondering how bad they would be to use ina track day? Im just curious.

Im thinking about joining a drift day and burning them out then. What can I do with them?

I wouldn't use them on a road course, but I'm sure you could burn them up drifting without a problem.
