Fitment Problem w/ Tokico Illumina's?

The shop just called and said they have a problem w/ the Illumina's. He said the factory "hardware" doesn't fit. The "plate" that is on top of the factory shocks does not fit on the Illumina's. I'm guessing he means the pillow mounts? I'm gonna stop by tomorrow to see what he's talking about.
Anyone have any idea??

I installed mine in my garage with simple hand tools, and had no problems at all. The only thing I can think of that your shop might be talking about is the two stock rubber washers with steel inserts that go on the top of the shocks. These have to be drilled out to fit over the new shocks, since the shaft is a larger diameter than the stock ones.

I put Koni yellows on my friends FD, and we had to do the same thing. check this link to a how to that describes the process:

Good luck!
