FD Shock Eye Bushing Replacement
I have been replacing my worn out bushings and noticed that my Tokico front shock eye bushings were crushed and cracking.
Searched for a suitable stock replacement but couldn't find anything to my liking, so I made my own.
Ordered some polyurethane round tubing stock from McMasterCarr.
I just cut it to my desired width.

They turned out pretty good.
Sadly I dont have the on the car before pics.
Here you can see the new bushing and the old one.
Notice that it is much flatter on the one side.
Beveled the bushing to press in easier plus it looks nicer.
Just used a press to push out the old bushing.
The center Metal Pin was fused to the bushing so I pressed off what i could and ground off the rest.
I beveled the edge to make it easier to press in.
Here is the final results.
