FD Coilover help

Is there anyone that can tell me how to remove the stock coilovers and install my tein ones .......because the coilover goes through both control arms and the lower control arm is connected to the sway bar it makes the coilover impossible to remove from what i see .........is it necessary to remove the control arm first .....please help me out any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

just unbolt the upper A arms and take them out, not too hard. then get an alignment after you put them in.

Yep, just unbolt 2 bolts holding the inside of the upper A-arm to the car and swing it out, pulling the coilover up and out.

The FSM shows what to remove, in what order, and includes torque values for when you put it all back together. Look for the sticky in the 3rd gen section for a link to the FSM.
