fc3s trailing arm urethane
Sup everyone - A few weeks back I posted a question about the two bearings which are at the end of the rear trailing arm. We all call them pillowball bushings, the name doesn't really matter. I was commenting how damned expensive these things are to purchase and replace - circa 250 after all is said and done - and really for no reason. These pillowballs are designed to work with the DTSS; as soon as a urethane DTSS blocker is installed, they are more or less useless. I think they can still contribute negatively to the handling of the car in a road race situation.
Two weeks ago I saw some images which appeared to show urethane bushings which replace the two pillow ***** in that area. Does anyone know who makes these? It might be AWR racing. I know for a fact that SuperNow! makes a bearing kit for these things but we all know how unreal expensive their parts are, so I'm just trying to see if anyone has any information on this.
Thanks!
