FC3S suspension mods.... and settings

so I'm modding my second gen RX7 (FC) and I'm looking into the suspension parts for the car so far all I could find were coilovers and anti-roll bars.

I know the coilovers control the dampening, height, and front camber. My question here is how do I know what setting is the best setting? do I strictly do this by butt-dyno??

I know the correct way to set the camber is to test it on course of some kind and take a pyrometer to it. But what about the height and dampening (both front and back) is there a scientific way to figure out the settings?

....

what other popular mods are there for the rx7s?
