just wanted to say that i saw these springs on a car and they are in no danger of binding, there is plenty of travel, the pic in this thread is just slightly misleading.

Hmm. Im considering RSR race springs for my t2. I have kyb agx with tanabe lowering springs. Stiff ride. I heard these are better though. where can these be bought?

I have no idea who even carries RS*R anymore, not really top shelf stuff. Also I have not really dealt with stock type springs in some time. The GC/Koni setups are popular and easy to find, even pop up used once and a while.
Generically all the "low price" coilover kits are way too stiff for the street, especially with low-profile tires, and make bad weather driving interesting. The nice thing about those though is you can change springs out with Eibach or similar race springs in virtually any rate you want. |
A buddy told me he liked his rsr over the eibach springs.

Unfortunately these are no longer available and haven't been for a few years. These were probably the lowest springs for the FC. I'd recommend the Tanabe GF210s, I've had them on both of my convertibles, one set on KYB Agx and the current set on Tokico blues and they ride decent and have a good drop for springs, I'd say about an inch finger gap in the back and a little more in the front.

I have the exact same set up just mentioned stiff ride. Kinda bouncy. I found rsr race springs online a couple of days ago. Gonna place an order soon.
