FC - how do i adjust camber

i have an 88 TII. a while back, i got hit in the left front and it knocked my camber way off into the "+", broke the outer tie rod, and pushed my swaybar over to the passenger side a little. i looked under the car and i don't see anything being bent at the A-arm....at least not the 1/2" off that would be required to be where it's at now. so, now i'm confused how to get it back to correct. i didn't notice that my camber was off until i saw some irregular tire wear. is something bent soo bad that the only way to fix it is with camber plates??
