FB stock wheel lip number meaning

Does anyone know what the number 24 means? It is stamped on the lip of my stock plus wheels.

Numbers/words on the wheel:

NKK CO - obviously made by the NKK company
5.5x13 - wheel width and diameter
7/83 - Production date
24 - ???

Anyone know?

Thanks in advance

It's most likely the offset in mm. Someone FB knowledgable verify if that's correct please?

That would make sense. I think I read somewhere that the offset was 24 mm. I guess I will suppose that the 24 is the offset number. Unless, of course someone else proves otherwise. Thanks DamonB
