Etching in Lip

I bought some used Super Advan Racing Version II wheels and was told the lip of the rim had the clear coat coming off and was bubbling. So I bought them with the intention of just stripping the clear and respraying (since the car's in the body shop anyway). Unfortunately, once I received these wheels, upon further inspection, I realized that these spots are etched into the wheel... I've polished aluminum before and if anyone out there has done it, you probably will never want to do it again.

It looks like salt has corroded the lip of the wheel and the etching is very light. I'm looking for a shop out there that can fix the lip of this wheel and get it done fairly quickly, cheaply. Hopefully close to NC also to save me some shipping of 4 wheels. If anyone knows of a place, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
