Hi I have a question if the work emotion xd9's sz 17x9.5 + 17 offset all around with front tires being 215/40/17 and rears being 225/45/17 fit with out spacers on stock suspension for right now then adding D2 Racing RS coilovers??

It will not fit on stock suspension up front, but may fit if you have the coilovers installed. You may need a small (3mm) spacer to clear the coilover if you have sloppy wheel bearings.

Yup, a roll and pull on all corners. You'll have to pull, mount, check, rinse and repeat to get your desired fitment.
