Dust boot melted. Do they make a replacement?

I was bleeding brakes last night and noticed that the little plastic dust boot that goes on the back of the top sliding caliper bolt melted and fell off. Anyone know if that part is sold separately? Or is it sold as part of a rebuild kit?

I've never seen them available separately in the aftermarket, but I don't know about Mazda. Sometimes it the bolt boot with a caliper kit, sometimes it comes with the brake hardware kit. I haven't bought one for a 1st Gen so I can't say.
