drilled and slotted rotors... what direction?

im finally putting my car back together and cant remember which direction the slots were facing.. i searched on google and some faced forward some faced backwards..

i know some are directional specific (and i believe the mention it on the rotor) but if its not labeled which is left and right does it matter which direction they are rotating?

iknow it would help if i knew the name of the rotors but i got them with the car like this....

thanks

doesnt matter on the street, you need to be going really fast (100mph) to get any airflow thru there

TireRack.com says to "install the rotors on the side of the vehicle that results in the end of the slot nearest the outer edge of the rotor always contacting the brake pads first."

Don't look at the slots, look at the internal vane direction.
