can you guys recommend some 15" wheels for drag racing?

im going to use MT streets slicks 15 X 10.5 X 26

Bogarts are some of the lightest drag only rims on the planet. They are located in San Diego, CA I believe and can be found at http://www.bogartracingwheels.com/ and can make any custom size you wish.

These are style I have out back that I bought used with some 26x8.5 M/T slicks mounted. The rims only weigh 8lbs!

what back spacing did you get?

I think im going with 15X8 5inch backspacing or 5.5backspaing

I got the rims used so the backspacing I have no idea. However the 3rd gen rims fit out back (as you know) without any spacers required so I'm guessing the backspacing will be close to that.

Call Bogart and I'm sure they have an archive of wheels they've done with correct backspacing.

Of note..... their rims are ultra light and not DOT legal and therefor not legal for the street. I personally only use them at the track.
