Yes Swift-o is very good spring. Probably the best. We use them on all our race spec Zeal coilovers.

Here's the direct link: We offer these as well but they are more expensive
http://www.swiftsprings.com/index.as...n=Custom&ID=73

25mm front and 20mm rear

Where as the RSR Race spring is only like:

10mm front and rear. The spring rate on this is twice that of the Swift. Swift spring rate for FD is quite low.

For a spring that won't lower the car much the Race spring is the only one i've found. Even their downspring is only 0.6" and 0.6" with lower spring rates for better ride comfort.

i don't mind reasonably stiff spring rates on the fd... fc's tend to bounce around quite a bit though.

but i got the rsr's.. car made its maiden voyage today. so i'll swap them out whenever i get time. mangazero has dibs on my eibachs...if he doesn't buy them, they'll be up for sale whenever i find enough time to get them swapped out.

results are in:

rsr > eibach

ZERO difference in ride height, but i'm not bumping things quite as much, thanks to the stiffer spring rate.
