It is not phosphorescent paint, it is absolutely safe for people. You can make such rims yourself.

Glow in the dark paint.

DID YOU KNOW.........it comes in rattle can too for all you cheap bastards like myself out there.

You could probably pick it up at home depot, lowes or even your local hardware store. I've seen it at walmart a year or two ago. Last time i went, you couldn't even get rattle can flake. I wanted to cry.

There's other places that sell glow pigment powder online. Just mix it in with your paint and rad happens.

Damn, i just had that idea like a week ago when i was looking for powder coating supplies and they had a UV reactive additive lol. I had a further thought though, since the glow in the dark stuff needs to be charged, Underglow makes a wheel well kit with a UV light. Might work really well to charge the paint on the go.
