I dunno what you mean by "spacers", but with those shallow offsets, all the tires are going to hit the fender lip...guaranteed.
Both front and rear...

wtf ted? you're 'recommended' offset is +30 for 17x8's on the front... you think 5mm is guaranteed to make it rub, and you don't even know what size tire is running? or how much camber he has?

they both could fit, depending on tire size, and aligment, and if he's rolling the fenders.

The front may fit depending on tires, but its going to be close. The rears are going to be sticking out unless you plan on running some fenders.

17x8 +30 in the front, depending on tire size should be fine. Im running 17x8 +35 front, and 17x9 +35 rear and both are flush.

5mm is just about 1/4"
I got a set of 8.0", +27 with 225's, and it gets too damn close to the stock fender lip.
My recommendations list is unmolested fenders with stock suspension.
The +25 is another 3mm outward - it might not sound like much, but it does make a difference.
With 8.0" wide wheels, I don't go anything narrower than 225's.

Yep, depends on all of that.
Like I said above, I'm assuming 225 or 235 wide tire.
Don't ask me for hippari clearances. :P
Negative camber cannot be induced unless you run front camber plates or *GASP* crash bolts.
Inducing that much negative camber is outside of stock alignment specs.
Rolling fenders already makes it a modification to "stock" - I don't assume the fenders are rolled.
